At Horsmonden Forge we specialise in producing high quality, hand forged ironwork. We design ironwork based on the architectural style of the building or to a brief set by the client. Our bespoke work predominantly focuses on the use of traditional joinery techniques and forging processes which give a high attention to detail in the construction of our work.
Along side our bespoke ironwork we also offer general fabrication work and welding services. Fabrication work makes use of electric welding and does not include our traditional joinery techniques. We are able to cary out welding in our workshop or on site where required such as repairs/alterations to existing ironwork. We also carry out welding to vehicles often custom builds, classics and camper vans.
We are throughly experienced and trained in traditional forging techniques, these skills are directly transferable to the restoration and conservation of historic ironwork. We have restored ironwork for the the Church of England, the City of London and a variety of councils throughout the south east including Tunbridge Wells Borough Council and Mole Valley District Council.
